Use this page to request permanent deletion of your SmartEdge Analytics account and associated app account data.
Request account deletion
Enter the email address registered to your SmartEdge Analytics account. Support will contact that registered address when identity verification is required. Never send your password, OTP, or Google Play credentials.
Data deleted with the account
- Account email, name, password hash, verification status, and app profile.
- SmartEdge Analytics plan and entitlement status.
- Google Play purchase-token and subscription-verification records stored by SmartEdge.
- Pending registration and OTP-verification records linked to the account email.

Deleting your SmartEdge Analytics account does not cancel recurring billing through Google Play.

The deletion request and limited support, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary, normally for no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is legally required.
SmartEdge EA licensing, website orders, payment records, and other services are separate from the SmartEdge Analytics app account and are governed by the applicable service and legal-retention requirements.
